The Regatta Committee consists of both Club Members and Town Members. Each club on the River Wear at Durham have two seats on the Regatta Committee, with the exception of Durham Amateur Rowing Club, Durham School Boat Club and Durham University Boat Club, who have four seats. Town Members are elected at the AGM in December.
The Regatta is organised by an Executive Committee, elected at the AGM. The Executive Committee for the 2010 Regatta is as follows:
