If you would like to operate a trade stand at the regatta, the procedure is very simple. This procedure should be followed for any trade stand or charity stall. The Regatta allows eight charity slots to be operated over the weekend, four on the Saturday, four on the Sunday. To be considered for a trade or charity stall, the following minimum requirements must be met:-

• A completed application form to be submitted to the Regatta Secretary, to be received no later than Friday 26th April 2013.
• A completed risk assessment to be submitted with your application (if you have not completed such a form before, contact the Secretary and guidance will be given)
• A copy of your public liability insurance, minimum coverage £5 million
• A copy of your hygiene certification (food and beverage stands only)
